“Change your focus”
In my own journey i have been hurt more times then i count and gone through way more then i should of. The hurt has been made up of many things in various areas of my life like relationships, been a mum, been sick, people in general, family. I had two choices either be angry or bitter and continue to suffer or look at everything as a lesson or blessing.
In my own journey of healing and growing as person im always reflecting on situtions that pop up in my life and the people who are part of my life, been hurt is part of life but its learning how to use that in a postitve way.
