Reflection what does this mean it’s like a thought process, it’s a way to stop and have a better understanding about something,emotions, thoughts,feelings.
How many people just stop and in calm space just think about things and process and take mental notes.
I personally make a time everyday to reflect it helps me process things and gives me a chance to set new goals and redirect me on the right path. The most important thing to remember is life is like path there so many paths that lead to things some are good some are bad, no matter what always reflect, learn from your mistakes and take away something from every bad situation and learn from and recreate the life you want.
It’s your turn to start self reflecting, you will be amazed at what it can do to your mind and most of refocus and rediscover you.
