“My one simple joy”

Describe one simple thing you do that brings joy to your life.

A year ago, I started my yoga journey, and this is one of the most simplest things that brings joy to my life, not only joy but calm and simplicity.

I was at a point in my life where I was healing and starting a fresh start, needing to manage my health and work through my chronic pain. Yoga has taken me on retreats, met some amazing people, met some inspiring people, and made some awesome memories.

Yoga has taught me to rest, relax, and how to breath. The benefits it’s had on my overall mental health has been huge, learning how to move my body using flow and my breath, the strength, and flexibility has helped my body and lower my pain levels.

Yoga has helped me release trapped trauma and emotions that have been stored for years have had a positive in my healing journey.
