Nirvana Life Coaching started as a blog called the Devil inside it was a tool i used to educate people, raising awareness and my mental health tool box, this was two years ago, my buisness has been created from the comforts of my bed, I refused to let my illness or pain define who I am as a person, I have alot of uncertainty around my health, dealing with brain issues now my life once again is my lovely bed.

I’m mum of three 22, 21, 16 and have a 3 year old grandson, live in the bay plenty NZ, i lm a support work, life and well coach, blogger.
