Managing my health has become part of my daily and I’m always taken on the advice I get from my care team, I also had to come huge realization that I have spent so long in flight or fight mode my body is becoming more and more free and the more I just want to be in stillness, sometimes alone with my thoughts to process in my own way.
Monday is my day of been at home unless I have appt in regards to health, otherwise it’s taken this day to rest, put my focus on my buisness, have a day to set my self up for the week ahead.
