We live on such a crazy world and when you actually stop and think about its like society puts the pressure on us to live a particular way and with the rise of living costs its more pressure added because you got work more to even be able to live. Crap hard i get it, and I feel and understand each everyone of you who are feeling the pressure and just feel homelessness.
The big thing I have been learning is to actually slow down and live more in the moment and learn boundaries and the word no. Trust me, it’s one of the biggest challenges I have faced and am still learning.
The first thing to do is to recognize your needs like physical, emotional, and mental and making sure those needs are been met. How you you meet those needs are up to you it could be.
- Quite time
- Eating a healthy diet
- Taking your medication
- Social connections
- Healthy boundaries
- Work is work
- Personal life is separate to work
This is a great time to do some reflecting, grab a journal, and do some writing. It’s time to be real and honest with yourself. Look at your habits and areas of your life that are lacking in some way and just not healthy.
The mind and the body need balance and find the connection to yourself and allow, feel peace. With me, I practice yoga and meditation, and these are things that help keep the balance. I stress that this is not a quick fix, and finding balance takes time, commitment, and the willingness to learn and stay dedicated.
Simple ways to find balance ✨️
Make a plan – Make a list of everything that makes you happy, make a second list, and list the things that you need in order to have happiness. This is for 7you take a good hard look the first list is realty and life is not going to provide those things without out fight and the second list about how you’re going to achieve these things.
Set goals – I love vision boards, gets you thinking, and gets you creative. This is cool way create your life, passions, wants, needs, happiness, words to inspire and make it yours and when your finished hang it some where that you can see it and visualize your life. Always start with small goals and make them achievable by thinking about time frame, do your research, and get journaling.
Organization – Right down things in your life that feel a bit all over the place. When was the last time you organized your wardrobe and draws ? When was last time you checked your budget and bills and had some sort of organization ? Do what you need to do put some organization in your life.
Surround yourself in good and positivity – be around good people, good intentions, good habits, and good behavior and allow more positivity in your life. This will have a huge impact on your life in a good, healthy way.
Educate yourself – this was and still my favorite part this about you learning and finding all things to raise your knowledge, help you along the way, find books, courses, groups doing this with support is so much better ❤️
Knowing yourself – the hardest one to learn and master knowing when to rest, stand up for yourself, and listen to your body.
Believe in yourself – creating and having a healthy mindset and believing that you can do this 💪
